Optimization, Techno-Economic Evaluation, Sensitivity, and Emission Analyses of Bioproducts Production from Forest-Based Biomass Considering Governmental Policies

The overarching goal of our project is to understand how to co-produce nature-based solutions to support both human health and environmental justice as our cities transform toward resilient futures. Over the next two years, we will advance our goal through three project objectives:
(1)  Analyze climate change vulnerability across three Vancouver neighborhoods, centring the lived experiences and adaptation strategies of community members
(2)  Examine how nature-based solutions can reduce vulnerability and support community-based adaptive strategies

• Generation of climate layers over research hub sites across Canada
• Developent of climate modifiers relevnt for different climate stresses in Canadian forests 
• Correspond climate modifiers to dendrochronological growth rings 
• Scientific coordinator of the Silva21 project
